SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Programme Description
The Design & Business Mastery SMS messaging programme provides service-related text messages to customers and programme members who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications.
Messages may include appointment confirmations, coaching call reminders, scheduling updates, rescheduling information, customer support messages and other service-related communications.
SMS consent is collected through web forms or other appropriate opt-in methods with a dedicated option for SMS consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any DBM programme or service.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request where applicable, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone plan and carrier. Message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, coaching schedule and interactions with DBM.

5. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the DBM SMS messaging programme.
7. Privacy
Your personal information and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Where you voluntarily submit comments, testimonials, feedback, photographs, videos or other content to DBM, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share that content.
Where you provide content specifically for publication or promotional use, you grant DBM permission to use that content for the agreed purpose. We will not use personal testimonials, photographs or other identifiable content for marketing purposes where separate consent is required unless that consent has been obtained.

Access to DBM programmes, course materials, community areas, coaching calls and other services depends on the programme purchased and the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Different elements of a programme may have different access periods. For example, educational modules may remain available for a specified period while live coaching, community access or other support services may have a separate access period.
The access period and terms applicable to your specific purchase will be communicated at the time of enrolment or purchase.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website, community, programmes or services where a user materially breaches these Terms, misuses DBM content, shares unauthorised access or engages in unlawful or harmful conduct.
Where appropriate and required by applicable law, we may provide notice before taking such action.
Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Ingrid van der Veen / Design & Business Mastery is legally established, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws.
