Ready to say goodbye to uncertainty, endless revisions, and underpaying clients?

There’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to finally build a thriving interior design studio, and the time to act is right now.

You want to make it happen.

But between the latest “3 Secrets to Landing Dream Projects” webinars and those free Instagram lives that just give you the bare minimum, you’re still sitting there like, “I’m so ready for this, but HOW the heck do I actually make it happen?”

Maybe you’re fresh out of design school...

You’ve got all this creative energy buzzing inside you, ready to tackle the world.

But then… crickets. Clients? Few and far between. Dream projects? Still dreaming.
You’ve been googling “how to start a design business” and hoping that winging it works.

Meanwhile, the bills keep rolling in, and you’re starting to think, “Is this really what being an interior designer looks like?”
And let’s be honest, the thought of juggling both design and business? That part wasn’t in the brochure!

Or maybe you’ve been around the design block for a while...

You’ve got some great projects under your belt, but something’s missing.
You’re starting to feel like you’re repeating the same designs and the creative spark you once had is… well, dimming.

You’ve been eyeing those high-end projects, but they just aren’t showing up on your doorstep.
And every time you raise your rates, you hear crickets. Sound familiar?

The moment you catch yourself thinking, ’Is this really what I want from my design career?’ is exactly when it’s no longer an option to keep playing small. It’s time to chase those dream projects.

SO, LET’S DITCH THE ’BUT WHAT IF I’M NOT CUT OUT FOR THIS’ OR ’AM I EVEN TALENTED ENOUGH TO CHARGE HIGHER RATES’ MINDSET.

and imagine how it would feel to

Lock in clients who value your expertise, with projects that allow you to stretch your creative muscles, without questioning your rates (finally, the clients who get it)

Create a jaw-dropping portfolio that turns heads, with work that’s regularly featured in top design magazines (you’ll feel like that designer—yes, the one everyone’s talking about)

Get paid what you’re worth for every project, making it easy to say “no” to clients who want a discount (watch your bank account grow while you focus on your craft)

Earn consistent, dream projects, knowing that your design and business strategies are solid, and clients are coming to you (no more scrambling for work)

Feel confident at client presentations, knowing your concept speaks to both their vision and their subconscious—without compromise (no more second-guessing your designs)

Have 5-star reviews and client referrals lining up for months because they love working with you, and tell everyone they know (imagine your calendar filling up without even trying)

Build a team, even if you’re solo now and not earning the big bucks yet (prep for that next level!)

Becoming a successful designer isn’t reserved for the ultra-talented or the lucky few.

IT’S FOR THOSE WITH BIG DREAMS AND A COMMITMENT TO MASTERING BOTH THEIR CRAFT AND THE BUSINESS SIDE OF DESIGN, LIKE YOU AND ME.

BUT BEFORE YOU TELL ME YOU DON’T BELIEVE ME, THERE’S SOMETHING WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT:

3 lies that many designers believe that need to be straightened out with a titanium flat-iron

→ “If I’m not naturally talented, I’ll never be a great designer.”

Truth: Talent can give you a head start, but mastery comes from learning and applying proven techniques. Most successful designers you admire have honed their skills through hard work and constant refinement, not just natural talent.

→ “I should just focus on design; the business side isn’t for me.”

Truth: You can’t build a thriving studio without knowing how to run it as a business. Business skills give you the freedom to work on your terms, attract better clients, and charge what you’re worth.

→ “I need a big team to land high-profile projects.”

Truth: You don’t need a huge team to take on big projects. In fact, I often work with a very small team—and sometimes even solo—on also bigger design projects. It’s not about the size of your team, but about having the right strategies and processes in place that allow you to handle large-scale work efficiently.

you could be presenting your designs to high-paying clients, working on your dream projects—and finally enjoying the financial freedom to raise your rates confidently. Whether that means treating yourself to a luxury getaway or simply having brunch with friends on a Wednesday because your schedule is now fully under your control, it’s all within reach.

Design & Business Mastery

can be the thing that takes you from "I work on my business once in a while without a real strategy" to riding that horse into the sunset of your wildest freakin’ dreams

Hi, I’m Ingrid

I’M AN AWARD-WINNING INTERIOR DESIGNER WORKING ON HIGH-TICKET PROJECTS.

I didn’t start here. My journey began in the film industry as a set designer and art director, where I learned how to create powerful stories through space and visuals. After graduating from art academy, I realized I had never been taught how to actually run a business. Over the years, I invested more than 70K in learning everything about strategy, positioning, and growth.

That knowledge, combined with my creative vision, helped me grow into a designer trusted by Michelin-star restaurants and five-star hotels, winning international awards and gaining consistent press recognition for my story-driven designs.

Today, I run a thriving studio where I cherry-pick my clients and easily secure projects of 50K and beyond—and I now teach other interior designers how to do the same.

This is for you if you are

A BRAND-NEW INTERIOR DESIGNER READY TO MAKE A CONFIDENT START IN THE INDUSTRY

A SEASONED INTERIOR DESIGNER WHO WANTS TO WORK ON DREAM PROJECTS THAT EXCITE YOU (and stop saying yes to the ones that don’t)

Let me walk you through the roadmap of the program.

MARKETING

So look, you can be the best interior designer in the world, but if you don’t have marketing and leads coming in, you make zero money. What we’re going to do is teach you a system to attract high-quality leads consistently. You’ll have a clear strategy to increase your lead flow.

SALES

Right now, your pricing is probably too low, and you are undercharging. We’re going to raise your price—but we’re also going to help you actually sell it. Because if we’re generating leads and you can’t convert them, we’re just wasting money and time. So we’ve got to get better at sales and I am teaching you how you can communicate your value so people are willing to pay you double.

SKILL

This is about becoming a better designer and having a clear design process with your client so you are in charge and not the client. We’re going over design concepting, bespoke pieces, how to run your projects from A-Z and much more. Because better skill leads to better outcomes, better testimonials, and more freedom to charge what you’re really worth.

SCALE

To build a long term thriving, high-end studio you’ll need systems. Maybe a small team. Maybe more visibility or a smarter way of working. This part is about building a business that doesn’t rely on you doing everything yourself, so you can scale without burning out.

What DBM members say

Before joining DBM, I was afraid to leave my 9-5 because I didn’t believe I could attract clients. But thanks to Ingrid and the DBM program, I quit my 9-5, gained the confidence and strategy I needed to take the leap and start building my own studio. DBM truly shifted my mindset and showed me what’s possible when you take action with clarity.

Selen

I realized my business wasn’t gaining momentum because I had been focusing only on the visible, enjoyable parts and completely overlooking the foundational aspects of running a studio. Through DBM, I’ve experienced a powerful mindset shift, gained clarity, and now have the tools and confidence to build a sustainable business with purpose.

Tanja

Before joining DBM, I struggled with plateaued growth and lack of clarity around my ideal client because I said yes to every assignment. After DBM, my mindset and vision shifted—I now work strategically on my business, know exactly who I want to serve, and how to reach them through marketing and sales.

FAQs? We prefer to call them

Whenever is the right time? If you feel busy and under pressure right now, that’s actually the perfect moment. Because if you can build a successful business while things feel hectic, imagine what becomes possible once you’re in full flow. DBM is designed to give you streamlined systems and tools so you can run your business more efficiently, saving you time in the long run.

Think of DBM as an investment that pays off. The skills you learn here will help you raise your prices, attract better clients, and get a return on your investment. If you don’t invest in your business now, you might continue to undercharge and miss out on high-paying clients.

The reality is, stress often comes from being busy with the wrong things. The question to ask yourself is: are you busy with tasks that are actually moving you toward your goals? That’s exactly what we work on in DBM. We start by getting clear on where you want to go, and once you know that, you’ll learn how to focus your time and energy on the actions that truly move the needle.

I get it—you became a designer to create, not to handle business. But if you want to be a successful designer, you can’t ignore the business side. DBM simplifies it for you, giving you tools to master business strategies while staying focused on your creativity. Without this balance, you’ll continue struggling to find clients who value and pay for your work.

Sure, things might be going well—but are you truly satisfied with what you have, or do you see more potential for yourself? Be honest with yourself: are you holding back because of your own limitations? In DBM, we push beyond what’s “fine” and help you break through to the next level, where you attract higher-paying clients, land more exciting projects, and realize your full potential.

Absolutely! Whether your focus is on minimalist, bohemian, contemporary, or classical styles—or something entirely unique—Design & Business Mastery is built to help designers of all styles thrive. The skills and strategies you’ll learn in this program are versatile and adaptable, meaning you can apply them to any design approach while also refining your unique creative voice.

Design & Business Mastery is all about elevating your design and business strategy to align with your ideal clients. Whether you want to attract clients who appreciate your unique vision or shift into a completely new market, DBM will guide you in refining your brand, positioning your studio, and creating a design portfolio that speaks directly to the type of clientele you want to work with.

Yes and no. Yes: you’ll need to step into the mindset of the designer you’re becoming—the future you who is confident, clear on your worth, and ready to work with clients who align with your vision. No: above all, you must be yourself. Part of the journey in DBM is preparing you mentally and professionally to receive those dream clients.

You already have a foundation as an interior designer, but I will make you think and look different at your own designs and work, as well as teaching you how to improve your work with my strategies. The training breaks everything down step by step in easy-to-follow lessons, making sure you’re equipped to apply each concept as you go. But, of course, you’ll still need to put in the work.

No worries at all! English isn’t my native language either, so I completely understand the concern. We’ll get through this together! DBM is designed to be accessible to designers from all over the world, and the global community you’ll be a part of will give you a chance to connect with like-minded creatives from different countries.

Heck no! Just because I personally love and use a lot of color in my designs doesn’t mean it’s the secret to success. The key ingredient isn’t about replicating someone else’s style; it’s about discovering and refining your own unique design language. In DBM, the focus is on building confidence in your own creative voice, whether that’s bold and colorful or subtle and minimalistic.

Not necessarily! I often work on large-scale projects solo or with a small core team. While having extra hands can certainly help, it’s more about working smart. In DBM, I’ll teach you how to strategically surround yourself with the right people—even if you’re currently working alone or don’t have a huge budget to hire full-time staff.

“What’s this gonna require on my end” you ask?

HERE’S YOUR NON-BS CRITERIA. I’M STRAIGHTFORWARD BECAUSE THAT’S THE WAY I WORK.

Here are a few non-negotiables. You must be willing to…

Get real about your design and business skills. It’s not enough to have one without the other. DBM is about mastering both, so you need to be ready to develop and refine both areas. If you’ve neglected your business strategies, we’ll fix that. If your design hasn’t evolved in years, we’ll address that too.

Step out of your comfort zone. Whether it’s pushing your creative limits or learning how to sell your services, this course will challenge you. I’ll guide you every step of the way, but it’s up to you to take those leaps.

Show up for yourself and your studio. Success doesn’t come from wishful thinking. It comes from taking consistent, strategic action. You’ll need to dedicate time to the training, implement what you learn, and stay accountable. We’ve got the live calls and community to support you, but you have to be all in.

Join the conversation. Check in regularly with the community and live calls. This is where we’ll troubleshoot, answer questions, and share wins. Your involvement helps you stay on track and ensures you never feel stuck.

This means DBM is for you!

I’ve always wanted things fast. Which is why, if you’re committed, I insist we work fast and get your studio off the ground. If you’re dead-set on staying middle of the pack (and can digest working for clients you don’t even like), I’m not here to convince you otherwise.

But if you’re committed to growth and if you’re cool spending your hours on this, knowing the upfront hustle will pay off massively down the road, then DBM is for you.

And you’re willing to let me coach you through mindset shifts, business growth strategies, and design techniques that’ll boost your success 10x faster, let’s make it happen!
